A watershed moment for Beacon athletics occured on November 21st when junior Sam Robison and sophomore Stephanie Hescock became NCU's first ever participants in an NAIA National Championship event, running in the cross country races. Sixth months later, senior Bethany Howard and sophomore Brittany Arch added their names to the list at the NAIA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.
